Double Profile Corrugation Machine is used for production of two ply corrugated roll by feeding two reels of Kraft paper, one as media paper and other as liner paper simultaneously. The Corrugation Machine has two sets of flute rollers which can be alternatively used and these rollers are mounted on spherical bearings. Double Profile Corrugation Machine is equipped with hydraulic power pack reel which stands up to 1 metre reel diameter. Double Profile Corrugation Machine allows changing of flute rollers in motorized manner.
